Biography

John Greiss provides commercial, regulatory and strategic advice to companies operating in consumer markets and healthcare industries. His consumer and health product clients include national retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers of food, clothing, cosmetics, drugs, supplements, medical devices, pesticides, and electronics. His healthcare clients include national and regional chains of virtual and brick-and-mortar medical clinics, community and specialty pharmacies, dental offices, veterinary clinics, fertility clinics, and retirement homes.

John provides commercial, licensing and transactional support to his clients, and regularly advises clients on marketing and advertising, packaging and labeling, market access and pricing, and product and site licensing. He helps clients draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and helps clients avoid regulatory pitfalls in public and private M&A transactions. John also advises institutions and healthcare professionals to help them meet their regulatory and privacy compliance requirements.

Prior to joining us, John worked as a licensed retail and hospital pharmacist in Ontario and Alberta. He then worked for the Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board. He continues to be an actively licensed pharmacist in Ontario.
