Biography
John Greiss is a lawyer in the intellectual property group. His practice focuses on providing regulatory and strategic advice to companies operating in Health Canada-regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals, biologics and vaccines, medical devices, consumer health products, and other products and substances for human or veterinary use. He is also able to advise organizations involved in delivering health services, such as hospitals, medical and dental clinics, and pharmacies.
John advises clients on marketing and advertising, packaging and labeling, market access and pricing, product and site licensing, and other compliance strategies to help clients achieve their commercial objectives while meeting obligations under various regulations, industry codes, and standards. John also advises institutions and healthcare professionals to help them meet their regulatory and privacy compliance requirements.
Prior to joining us, John worked as a licensed retail and hospital pharmacist in Ontario and Alberta. He then worked for the Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board. He continues to be an actively licensed pharmacist in Ontario.
