• Advising multiple retail funds and ETFs in relation to establishment, authorization applications and ongoing compliance obligations.

• Assisting financial institutions with licensing applications, regulatory filings and approvals.
• Advising financial institutions and asset managers on a wide spectrum of legal and regulatory issues, including cross-border marketing fund and financial services, suitability, data protection, and AML.
• Assist on a broad range of licensing applications, regulatory filings and approvals, including virtual banks, money lenders, trust and company service providers, insurance company and intermediaries, SVF, etc.

Virtual assets

• Advising various (including one of the first) fund managers in securing regulatory approvals  to manage 100% virtual asset portfolios and tokenized funds, as well as establishing crypto and tokenised fund for these managers.
• Assisting SFC licensed corporations in applying for first-of-its-kind applications, including the first approval for tokenization of funds, distribution of virtual asset structured products, etc.
• Assisting cryptocurrency exchanges in relation to regulatory investigations, crypto fraud litigation and related legal and regulatory matters.
• Advising multiple ICO/STO-issuers and crypto payment companies in relation to deal structuring, regulated instrument categorization, marketing restrictions, AML and regulatory compliance.
