Johanna Schmalenbach is a lawyer in our Hamburg office within the practice group's corporate/M&A and securities and real estate teams.

She advises on all aspects of corporate law, in particular on national and cross-border transactions, with a focus on real estate.

Johanna began studying law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University in Heidelberg and passed the first state examination at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster. During her legal clerkship, she worked for a large international law firm in Hamburg in the areas of corporate/M&A.

A German native speaker, Johanna is also fluent in English.
