Michel Pflieger is a competition lawyer based in Paris. He focuses on competition and regulatory matters both in EU law and French law.

Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Michel gained experience working in the European delegation of the State Council  and in the European Court of Justice.

Michel graduated from the University of Strasbourg in European law and holds a Masters degree in European litigation from the University of Paris II – Pantheon- Assas. He also studied international business law at INSEAD Singapore where he obtained a Master of Laws.
