Marion Roquette-Pfister is a public law and regulatory lawyer based in Paris.
She has advised public and private entities, as well as financial institutions, for more than 20 years on public law / regulatory matters. Marion is recognized for her in-depth knowledge and understanding of French public affairs across all the key regulated industry sectors, including transportation, infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, waste, life sciences and healthcare.
She has deep experience of public contracts (concessions, public private partnerships (PPP), public procurements etc.), in particular in relation to major utilities and infrastructure projects. Marion has been involved in most of the major French PFI/PPP infrastructure projects of the past 15 years, such as motorway and road projects, high-speed rail links, Paris Universities, Marseille Stadium, both greenfield and brownfield (including refinancing). She has also been involved in the privatization of French motorways and regional airports.
In addition, Marion has developed considerable experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare. She regularly advises pharmaceutical companies, medical device suppliers and other operators on negotiations with public authorities relating to market access, early access programs, registration on reimbursement list, pricing and public procurement issues.
Marion's activity encompasses litigation and represents clients before French administrative courts, both in contractual and extra-contractual litigation.
She is also regularly involved in M&A deals with strong regulatory aspects.
Marion has many years' experience of working for major international law firms.
Marion holds graduate law degrees in public and in civil law from the University of Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) and a diploma from Sciences-Po Paris.
