Juliette is a banking and finance lawyer based in Paris. She is regularly involved in commodities financing transactions. Her practice includes advising on French law and international aspects of financing transactions.
She is experienced in assisting French and international banks and European or international energy trading companies in drafting and negotiating borrowing base facility agreements, prepayment agreements, and term loan credit facilities, security documents and any related documents necessary to the implementation of such financing structures.
Before joining us, Juliette worked in an international law firm where she had a particular focus on shipping and rail finance.
Juliette graduated in Business Law from Nanterre University and holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow.
