Bob’s main client relationship responsibilities are for XL Catlin, AIG, a major UK motor insurer and a number of run-off aggregators.
Bob is well known for complex and high profile transactions, including the recent completion of the restructuring and cross-border merger of Markel’s Irish insurance company into its London market insurer, advising in connection with the pre-pack administration and break-up of the PI law firm Parabis and completing the sale, by way of share sale and reinsurance, of Chaucer’s UK motor business to Markerstudy.
