Rachel Akodu is a banking lawyer based in London. She works on a variety of secured corporate lending transactions, including real estate finance, asset-based lending and technology finance deals, both domestically and cross-border. She advises both lenders and borrowers.

Rachel trained with the firm in London and qualified in April 2016. During her training, Rachel spent six months seconded to an international asset manager.
