Cloudesley Long is a dispute resolution lawyer based in London. He deals with a variety of transport disputes, with a particular focus on general maritime disputes. His contentious experience includes international arbitration (LMAA and ad hoc), Commercial Court claims and Privy Council hearings.

Cloudesley also advises on sanctions across a range of regimes, including Russia and Iran. He has experience of advising entities including financial institutions, ship operators and insurers both on specific transactions and on general compliance with sanctions.

While training with us, Cloudesley undertook a six-month secondment to our Athens office.
