Alice Routh is a transactional intellectual property and information technology lawyer in our Sourcing and Technology team and is based in London.

Alice advises on a range of non-contentious IT, IP and general commercial matters particularly in relation to technology and software licensing and services agreements.  Alice has worked on a number of large-scale outsourcing projects and also has experience of advising on the IP, data protection and IT aspects of corporate transactions, internationally and across a number of different industry sectors.

Alice joined the firm in 2016 as a trainee and has also completed a client secondment to a leading insurance broker where she advised on a variety of commercial matters.
