Zayed is a technology lawyer based in London. He advises on large-scale outsourcing and technology projects and IT aspects of corporate transactions, as well as general commercial matters. He advises across a number of industry sectors, including technology and innovation and financial institutions.

Zayed qualified as a solicitor in 2009. Before joining our London office, he worked in-house as head of legal for a technology company and as legal counsel for a well-known financial index provider.
