Nikesh Arya is a corporate lawyer based in London. He practises across a wide variety of sectors with a focus on private M&A.

Nikesh has experience of advising on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, Part VII FSMA transfers, corporate restructurings, private equity and general corporate and commercial transactions.

Nikesh joined the London practice as a trainee solicitor in 2017 and qualified in September 2019.

As part of his training, Nikesh spent time on secondment to Hyperion Insurance Group, where he advised on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters and spent time in the firm's Singapore office.
