Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Accolade, an international industrial real estate investor and Conseq, on the acquisition of a build-to-suit (BTS) warehouse facility from 7R, a leading developer of high-quality commercial properties.

The acquired facility - 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I - is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems in Poland. The asset comprises over 20,000 sqm of production and office space, developed to meet Aluprof’s core operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics. Capital Group, operates across over 50 markets worldwide and is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of aluminium systems for windows, doors, façades, roller shutters, and sunshades. The company employs almost 3,000 people and has production facilities in Poland and abroad.

Accolade is a European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, with a portfolio of 62 industrial parks across eight countries, including Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic.

The Warsaw-based Norton Rose Fulbright team advising Accolade on this transaction was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz. The team also included counsel Jan Wszołek, senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk, associate Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher, and associates Karol Truszkowski and Wojciech Jaskulak.
