Biography
Shaileen is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office. She focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project development transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Her practice encompasses a wide range of energy technologies — including wind, solar, hydrogen and battery storage — and spans both early-stage development and operational projects. Shaileen has significant experience leading complex transactions from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating key project documents such as membership interest purchase agreements (MIPAs), LLC agreements, equity contribution agreements, guarantees, corporate governance documents and other commercial contracts. Her clients include private equity funds, strategic investors, developers and multinational corporations.
