Our projects practice is one of the largest in the world with over 350 project development and project finance lawyers.

Our integrated team has extensive experience in a number of “first-in-country” and “first-in-technology” transactions and we have a reputation for successfully closing complicated projects with demanding time frames.

Our experience encompasses the largest solar, offshore wind, energy storage and carbon capture projects in the world, advising on the first wave of green LNG projects and green hydrogen projects. Our experience includes advising existing clients on transitioning their business to ensure it is future ready while advising new clients as they seek to enter sectors where project financing structures are widely used.
