Norton Rose Fulbright advises on Hong Kong IPO of Neusoft Education

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised sole sponsor CLSA Capital Markets Limited and a consortium of underwriters on the initial public offering of Neusoft Education.
Neusoft Education is a private IT higher education service provider located in China.
Terence Lau, corporate partner who led on the deal, commented:
