Harold Tin is a corporate lawyer based in Hong Kong. He is U.S. and Hong Kong qualified and is experienced in advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions. His practice focuses on Rule 144A/Regulation S and SEC-registered securities offerings and other corporate transactions for clients in Asia.
Harold has worked on a wide variety of transactions, including: IPOs, spinoffs and listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; SEC-registered IPOs, follow-on offerings (including WKSI and non-WKSI shelf offerings) and listings of American depositary shares on the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Global Select Market; international offerings of global depositary shares and listings on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange; high yield and investment grade debt offerings (including WKSI shelf offerings), tender offers and consent solicitations; and fixed rate and zero coupon convertible bonds offerings.
Prior to joining us, Harold worked at a leading U.S. law firm in Hong Kong. Harold received his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.
Harold is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
