About me
I joined NRF’s Transform’s Applied Tech team in 2019 as a Business Analyst.
I have worked in systems since 1991 when I graduated and started my first role at a supermarket's head office in Hayes. I then moved back up to the North East in 2003, continuing my role as a Business Analyst/Project Manager with a car manufacturer; this role ensured that I travelled to most European Sales Offices and the head office in Japan. I am very experienced in full development lifecycles, both waterfall and agile, and focus on the design of processes to fulfill business requirements. I have experience of designing online systems to accommodate business user requirements. I have a lot of experience in change management of processes and testing.
I am driven and motivated by improving processes and providing solutions to solve business problems/issues.

Fun fact
My wife (Ashleigh) also works at NRF in the IT department.
Previously
When I left school my first job was as a trainee manager working underground for a mining company. I left in 1988 to take a computing course. I graduated in 1991 and worked in systems for a supermarket at their head office. I then moved back to the Northumberland area in 2003 and worked for a car manufacturer in systems until I started my role at NRF.
