Since joining our London office in 2010, Sacha de Klerk has led our diversity and inclusion initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In 2016 she moved to our Toronto office on secondment to promote our diversity and inclusion strategy across Canada and Latin America. In her current role she leads initiatives to attract, select and retain a diversity of talented individuals and to promote their inclusion and career advancement.
