Milan advises sole shareholder of Expo Inox on sale of minority stake to RedFish

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the sole shareholder of Expo Inox S.p.A. (Expo Inox), a leading Italian manufacturer of fabricated pipe and fitting products, on the sale of 20% of its share capital to RedFish LongTerm Capital S.p.A. (RedFish), a private equity firm based in Milan.
The transaction will enable RedFish to support the growth and development of Expo Inox on the European market.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by Milan-based corporate and M&A partner Tiziana Del Prete, assisted by trainee Francesco Cimmarrusti.
