Milan advises PE Industrial on acquisition of majority interest in Italian bicycle manufacturer

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised PE Industrial S.r.l. (PE Industrial), a search fund focused on investment in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), on the acquisition of a majority interest in F.lli Masciaghi S.r.l. (Masciaghi), an Italian company with a long history in the bicycle manufacturing sector. 

The transaction was financed by Banco BPM S.p.A..

The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising PE Industrial on this transaction was co-led by Milan-based corporate and M&A partner Tiziana Del Prete and counsel Massimo Agostini, and included senior associate Fabrizio Zecca and trainee Francesco Cimmarrusti.
