We have entered into a three-year strategic partnership with global NGO Save the Children.

Through our partnership, we hope to accelerate the recovery of the world’s educational landscape following the impact of COVID-19. In response to the largest education emergency in our lifetime, we will provide routes back into education for the most marginalised children through innovative, scalable solutions. We will provide pro-bono legal advice to Save the Children around the world as well as engage our employees through fundraising and volunteering opportunities.

We will also join the NGO as an inception partner for its Safe Back to School response and its new Catch up Clubs in a bid to tackle the biggest challenge to children’s education in our lifetime.

What we hope to achieve in the first year

During the first year of our partnership, we will focus our efforts across 30 villages in Afghanistan, one of the hardest hit and most vulnerable areas in the world. We will help Save the Children implement Catch Up Clubs – an innovative approach within the Safe Back to School response to accelerate education and skills learning for the most vulnerable children and families in Afghanistan.

The key components of the Catch Up Clubs approach includes:

  • Community-based remedial reading and maths;
  • Child Protection case management; and
  • Financial support for families.
“We are proud to support Save the Children which aims to make the world a better place for children and has made a real difference for the prospects of millions of young people internationally.”
