Biography

Bernd Dreier, LL.M. (Columbia) is a corporate lawyer based in Munich.

Bernd is an experienced lawyer, advising private equity investors as well as national and international companies on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, carve-out transactions and management participation programs, as well as M&A insurance products.

In addition to his prior experience in private practice with two renowned international law firms, Bernd was the general counsel at a Munich based private equity fund, and following that responsible for the warranties and indemnities insurance business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for a major international insurance provider.
