Amsterdam team advises ABN AMRO Bank N.V. on the financing of the acquisition of the Inntel Hotel in Rotterdam

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised ABN AMRO Bank N.V. on the financing of Annexum’s acquisition of the Inntel Hotel in Rotterdam.

The acquisition includes Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Center and the adjoining Mainport by Inntel Hotels, which have a combined total of 480 rooms and makes it the largest hotel in Rotterdam.  

Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, real estate investor Annexum will assume operation of the hotel organisation, including the real estate and all movable property, as well as the current roster of 200 employees.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team included lawyers across real estate finance, real estate and tax. It advised ABN AMRO Bank N.V. on the structuring and financing of the transaction, prepared the finance documentation and conducted the due diligence review for the transaction on real estate-related matters, including the hotel management agreement.
