Biography
Amandine Delsaux is a project and regulatory lawyer based in Paris. She focuses on energy projects in France and French-speaking Africa, advising sponsors, investors and financial institutions on legal and regulatory issues in relation to the development, acquisition and financing of multi-sourced energy projects. Amandine has more than 10 years of experience in assisting clients on various regulatory and environmental matters, involving renewable energies (windfarms, solar, biomass, cogeneration) and traditional energies (nuclear, CCGT, gas).
Amandine joined the Paris office in 2013 and previously worked in the public law departments of two major international law firms and led the environmental and energy law practice at another leading law firm.
She graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas with a master degree in Business Public Law and from the University of Nottingham with an LLM in European Law. She qualified as a French lawyer in 2004 and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005.
A native French speaker, Amandine is fluent in English.
