Biography
Yifrandy Sánchez Peralta is a banking and finance lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam. Yifrandy primarily focusses on advising banks, other financial institutions and corporates in a wide range of transactions both domestic and cross-border. This includes, amongst others, asset-based lending, project finance and export finance. In addition he advises lenders, syndicates and distressed companies in corporate restructurings and insolvency matters.
Yifrandy previously gained valuable experience in the litigation and dispute resolution team, where he represented several financial institutions and provided counsel on national and international commercial disputes and contracting matters.
