Stella Cramer, Head of the APAC Technology and Innovation Practice for Norton Rose Fulbright has co-authored a chapter on FinTech developments in the Singapore Academy of Law’s handbook on Financial Services Law and Regulation.
The chapter examines the Singaporean legal and regulatory responses to technology developments in the financial services sector, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Technology Risk Management Guidelines and Outsourcing Guidelines, new regulatory initiatives for Fintech, artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies and the growing regulation of cryptocurrencies.
Stella co-authored the chapter with Dharmendra Yadav, Vice President at the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association and with the assistance of David Olds, Of Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright in Singapore. The handbook on Financial Services Law and Regulation, is edited by Dora Neo, Hans Tjio and Luh Luh Lan and will be published by Academy Publishing in conjunction with the NUS Centre for Banking and Finance Law.
