Norton Rose Fulbright advises on financing the acquisition of the Argon office building in Gdańsk

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. on the loan facilities made available to ISOC Group for the purpose of financing the acquisition of the Argon office building in Gdańsk, Poland, located in the Alchemia office complex.

The office building was sold by Torus, a leading Polish commercial real estate developer.

The purchaser, ISOC Group, is a real estate and infrastructure investment company with its headquarters in the Philippines.

Argon office building offers around 38,000 sq.m. of leasable area, occupied by such tenants as Lufthansa Systems Poland, Marine Harvest, Luxoft and Wirtualna Polska Group. The building is LEED certified with the highest possible rating of "Platinum".

The Norton Rose Fulbright team in Warsaw was supervised by a banking partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski. The transaction was led by of counsel Tomasz Rogalski and associate Daniel Popek, with assistance from the following associates: Igor Kondratowicz, Maksymilian Jarząbek, Jan Ptaszyński, Rafał Strzępek and Adrian Więsław (all from the Warsaw banking team).
