Biography
Anastasia Kastelskaya is a real estate and corporate lawyer based in Moscow. She focuses on corporate, construction (particularly EPC contracts and PPPA) and competition law. Her experience covers a variety of sectors, including: technology; retail; infrastructure; oil and gas (including LNG) and nuclear energy.
Anastasia joined us in June 2013 from Italian oil and gas industry contractor Saipem, where she worked on a number of EPC projects.
She worked in Moscow's corporate team between 2006 and 2009, practising in M&A and capital markets.
Anastasia is a Russian- and Italian-qualified lawyer. She has a Bachelor of Laws from the Russian Academy for Foreign Trade and from the University of Milan where she studied EU law, with a particular focus on competition, civil and commercial law.
