Biography
Natalia is a real estate and construction lawyer based in Moscow. She advises on all legal issues in the sphere of real estate, development and construction.
Natalia has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of town-planning and land legislation, including drafting documents for development of a land plot and construction management during a transitional period of legislative change, as well as providing legal support for land acquisition deals. She is experienced in drawing up reports on the title to real estate and conducting relevant legal due diligence, drafting agreements underlying design and construction, and analysing issues of relationships between parties involved in such processes.
Natalia joined the Moscow office in 2008. She graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. She is a member of the Moscow Region Bar.
