Infralogic: Equinor halts construction of Empire Wind following BOEM order

US Co-head of Projects Keith Martin (Washington, DC) was quoted in Infralogic regarding the US Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (BOEM) request to halt construction on the Empire Wind 1 offshore wind project.

Keith is a deal lawyer whose principal areas of practice are tax and project finance. He also lobbies Congress and the Treasury Department on policy issues.
