Biography

Jeff Kitchen is an intellectual property advisor and lawyer. Based in Houston, Texas, Jeff has significant experience advising and representing domestic and international companies regarding patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and commercial issues. Jeff helps clients understand, secure, negotiate, and enforce their rights in intellectual property and technology assets and avoid and defend infringement and misappropriation claims. He represents clients in contract negotiations and before the US Patent and Trademark Office and US District Courts.
