Deborah Stern joined Norton Rose Fulbright's New York Office in 2016. As an associate, she has experience working on transportation financing and leasing with a particular focus on aviation finance, secured and unsecured lending transactions, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securitizations, including those involving innovative structures and other global infrastructure and corporate matters.

Deborah has worked on financings and securitizations of various asset types, including residential and commercial PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) bonds, solar loans, peer to peer/marketplace loans, aircraft leases, and whole business. Her clients include borrowers, private equity participants, lenders, lessees, lessors, and operators in finance, lease and acquisition matters in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Deborah has over 5 years of experience in equipment financing, securitization of asset backed securities, marketplace lending, and other types of business transactions.
