Christian Celeste Nisttahuz is an associate in the Dallas office of Norton Rose Fulbright and a member of the firm's commercial litigation group since 2018. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes.
Christian represents clients in various state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration disputes. Her practice spans an array of industries, with representative experience in the financial institutions, healthcare, construction, and intellectual property sectors. She has worked on a variety of commercial disputes involving allegations of breach of contract and fiduciary duties; fraud; and violations of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Chris served as a summer intern for Justice Jeff Brown at the Supreme Court of Texas in 2016.

During law school, Chris was a Comment Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. She also served as Class President her second and third year of law school; as a brief writer for three national moot court teams; and as a student attorney in the Innocence Clinic. She is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Chris is admitted to practice in Texas state court, as well as US District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
