As Norton Rose Fulbright's Chief People and Development Officer, Lisa Featherson oversees the strategic direction of the people and culture function that serves lawyers and business services professionals across the US and four international offices. She leads the talent development, legal talent management, legal recruiting, lateral partner recruiting, DEI and human resources teams, which consist of more than 60 professionals . 

Lisa has more than 20 years of experience in law firm management within the talent space and has been deeply involved in the creation and deployment of strategic priorities related to culture, engagement and retention, return to office and hybrid work environment, hiring, professional development and cultivated leadership. 

In her role, Lisa works closely with firm, practice and team leadership and serves on the firm's Attorney Evaluation and Diversity Committees. In addition to her US facing role, she is a member of the global people group and currently co-chairs the steering committee for a large global transformation project.
