Ashley Zatloukal is an associate in the Washington, DC office. She represents companies on a wide spectrum of issues relating to privacy, data protection and cybersecurity, including information privacy compliance, data breach notification laws and obligations, and breach incident response matters.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Ashley worked as corporate counsel in a multinational satellite broadband company supporting its international business. Among other responsibilities, she assisted in the creation, launch and ongoing operations of a consumer service business in five countries throughout Central and South America. Specifically, her prior work included the drafting of internal and external policies governing operations and consumer life cycle management, drafting privacy policies in line with local regulations and the company's back end systems and capabilities, ensuring the local operating companies met all of the applicable regulatory obligations, and responding to government investigations, requests and queries.
