Biography
Seamus Connelly is a corporate, M&A and securities lawyer based in London.
He advises UK and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including public takeovers, cross-border M&A, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters.
He trained with the firm and has recently completed a secondment at metals and mining private equity fund Appian Capital Advisory LLP. Some of Seamus' recent experience includes advising Centamin plc on its takeover by AngloGold Ashanti plc, the Royal Bank of Canada on its £1.6bn acquisition of Brewin Dolphin Holdings plc, Altus Strategies plc on its recommended share-for-share merger with Elemental Royalties Corp. and advising Gama Aviation plc on its Tender Offer to shareholders in April of last year.
