Arleen is an associate in the firm's Disputes Practice Group, where she handles a range of cybersecurity and privacy matters. Arleen has assisted clients in responding to data security incidents, including compliance with U.S. breach notification laws. Arleen also represents clients in class action and other complex commercial litigation arising out of data security incidents. She is a contributor to the firm's Data Protection Report, a blog dedicated to helping clients stay informed on the latest developments in cybersecurity and privacy matters.

Prior to law school, Arleen was awarded the J. William Fulbright Scholarship and spent a year in Mexico as an English Teaching Assistant.
While in law school, Arleen received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award and was a Justice Joan Dempsey Klein Scholar. She was a Staff Member for the Dukeminier Awards Journal of Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law and an Academic Chair for La Raza Latino Law Student Association.
