Dan D. Davison



With a passion for what he does and a commitment to be a great trial lawyer, Dan Davison provides clients with strategic guidance in and out of the courtroom. A partner since 1993 and currently head of the Dallas Office's Intellectual Property Group, Dan's practice is divided between commercial and intellectual property litigation with an active trial practice in both state and federal courts.

His litigation experience includes patent infringement, trademarks, copyrights, commercial torts, libel and slander, lender liability, breach of contract, defamation, invasion of privacy, Deceptive Trade Practices Act matters and fraud issues. He also has represented clients in the entertainment and professional sports industries.
