We recognize that many of us have responsibilities that require flexibility in our working patterns at different stages of our lives. We are proactive in supporting our people with flexible and agile working to enable them to balance in managing all their commitments.
Supporting our people
In some of our offices, in Australia and the United States for example, we have created Flex-ability employee resource groups to support anyone considering a change to their working arrangements. We also provide parental leave coaching programs in Australia, Canada and the UK.
We run a Family Matters employee support group in some of our offices, including London and Amsterdam, to provide support to those caring for families. We invite specialists to talk about relevant subjects and we also offer one-to-one sessions on parenting and on parental leave.
We are transforming the technology and services that we use to create a more agile and flexible workforce, able to work seamlessly in multiple locations, including those outside our offices, using secure, modern technology. Our global Perspectives blog is an interactive way for everyone to join in the diversity and inclusion dialogue. It provides insights, opinions and experiences and encourages discussion, debate and a sense of community.
