Frankfurt am Main | May 15, 2019 – May 16, 2019We are running an LMA documentation course this year on Wednesday 15 and Thursday May 16, 2019.
This is an introductory course which is suitable for people who are less familiar with LMA-style documentation.
The course will be facilitated by Rebecca Oliver, one of our senior knowledge lawyers based in London, together with various members of our Banking team here in Frankfurt.
We will cover all of the relevant elements of the LMA facility agreement, including representations, undertakings and events of default.

The sessions will be as interactive as possible, for example through negotiation exercises.
Also, this is a great way for participants to meet their peers. The course is offered free of charge.
