An overview of the Commonwealth’s model litigant obligation
Since the early 20th century, Australian courts have emphasised the obligation for the Commonwealth to act as a ‘model litigant’ in court proceedings.
In a Law360 article penned by partner Tamsen Barrett (Austin), she provides a list of suggestions to keep in mind when a company explores the intersection of formulation science and intellectual property.
Barrett focuses her practice on intellectual property matters which include domestic and foreign patent prosecution, enforcement and strategic development of patent portfolios.
