Bob Comer is located in Denver, where he helps clients achieve business solutions to regulatory, compliance, permitting, operating and transactional challenges in the mining, oil, gas, energy and other natural resource industries. Dan Shapiro is located in New York and represents clients in a wide range of transactions in the energy, infrastructure and mining industries.
