In this issue of Regulation Around the World we look at how regulators are developing their proposals for Open Finance.
The first two months of the second Trump administration have seen a burst of significant shifts in crypto regulation and policy.
These changes have spanned three core areas: (1) regulatory—with a particular focus on the Securities and Exchange Commission; (2) executive; and (3) legislative. New changes seem to arrive almost daily, challenging FinTech and crypto attorneys to keep up with what has changed and what may be changing shortly.
