Each month, our construction law team will host a webinar to discuss current issues, market conditions, legal trends and other hot topics in the construction industry.

This month will kick off a three-part discussion on best practices for avoiding and mitigating "problem projects," focusing on early engagement for dispute avoidance, as well as dispute preparation. In part one, we will discuss best practices to implement at the outset of a construction project to help avoid later disputes and to ensure that project parties are best positioned in the event a dispute does arise. We will continue this discussion in February and March and hope you can join us for this monthly report.
