Financial Times: Banks find clean-energy allies in fight against stricter capital rules

US Co-Head of Projects Keith Martin recently spoke to Financial Times to discuss the reaction of major US banks to tougher capital regulations and how this will may effect renewable energy projects and tax equity.

Keith Martin is a deal lawyer whose principal areas of practice are tax and project finance. He acted for 204 companies last year. He also lobbies Congress and the Treasury Department on policy issues. The prestigious Chambers directory has called him a "preeminent authority on tax structurings in the US" and gives him its sole "star" ranking among US renewable energy lawyers.
