Norton Rose Fulbright represents IAS Claims Services in its sale to Davies

Norton Rose Fulbright represented IAS Claims Services ("IAS"), a US property claims firm, in its acquisition by Davies, a London-based specialist professional services and technology business serving insurance and highly-regulated markets.

Based in San Antonio, IAS specializes in daily property, commercial, catastrophe and large loss claims with a nationwide network of independent adjusters, serving all 50 states. IAS provides a range of tech-enabled claims solutions, including desk adjusting, field adjusting and third party administration services to the insurance market.

Davies has 4,500 professionals operating globally in the US, UK, Ireland, Canada and Bermuda. Davies’ US offering includes a full range of TPA and loss adjusting solutions across all 50 states, as well as captive management, auditing, and actuarial solutions.
