Norton Rose Fulbright advises M&G Investments on investment in digital education provider Byju’s

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised M&G Investments on its investment in online education pioneer Byju’s. 

Byju’s is an multinational educational technology company, headquartered in Bengaluru, India and is best known for his K-12 math and science app which has over 80 million registered users. Named one of TIME magazine’s 100 most influential companies, Byju’s is expanding internationally into new markets and service lines.

London-based corporate partner Clementine Hogarth led the Norton Rose Fulbright team advising M&G Investments supported by corporate associate Tom Widdows.
