Ina Iyer joins South African litigation insurance team

Ina Iyer has re-joined our Litigation insurance team in Johannesburg as a Director, where she will add specialist knowledge and experience in property/assets and public liability insurance disputes, boasting additional expertise in personal injury litigation, life insurance and commercial litigation.

Ina is no stranger to the firm – she completed her articles and worked as an associate from 2011 to 2015 before joining another local law firm where she became a partner during her nearly eight years of tenure.

Ina advises various insurance clients in policy interpretation and policy response matters, subrogated recoveries claims and defences and litigious disputes with policyholders.

She was recognised by Best Lawyers in 2022.
