Frankfurt DCM team advises Sixt SE on establishment of debt issuance program

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Sixt SE on the launch of a new debt issuance program. Due to the Debt Issuance Program, Sixt SE can now issue a wide range of different types of bonds with an issue volume of up to €2.5 billion (US$2.8 billion).

The Sixt Group has generated revenues of €3.3 billion (US$3.7 billion) in 2019 and is one of the largest mobility companies worldwide. Sixt SE, the group’s lead company, has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 1986 (WKN ordinary shares: 723132, WKN preference shares: 723133).

Christoph Enderstein, head of the Debt Capital Markets division at Norton Rose Fulbright in Germany, commented:
